Day to day responsibilities
- Taking and processing orders from customers
- Providing high level of customer service through email or telephone
- Coordinating collections for returned goods
- Supporting the production of back orders and reports
What you need to apply
- Experience in a customer service/purchase order administrator role
- Great understanding of ERP sales processing systems
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Confident communicator - verbal and written
- Pro-active and motivated
