A dynamic, creative and innovative business based in Reading is seeking a highly-motivated, achievement orientated Purchase and Sale Ledger Assistant to join their expanding team. You will focus on supporting the Financial Controller to complete finance relating tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sending invoices every day
  • Sorting out and matching invoices against the purchase orders and sorting out the discrepancy on daily basis
  • Once in the month reconciliation of supplier’s statements
  • Every two weeks setting up the payment for clients
  • Managing and answering the queries from clients on daily basis
  • Archiving documents
  • Raising invoices
  • Operate with the Sage program and matching receipts against the clients
  • Writing weekly reports and debt collection
  • Sorting out company expenses
  • Writing project closing reports

The Candidate:

  • Has got previous relevant experience
  • Industry: Interior fit out, Property or Construction are desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work within the team
  • Great communication skills
