Key Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for providing support on an office-wide basis along with support to the Executive Director. • Responsible for the smooth running of all projects. • Internal communication and Social Media Management. • Liaising with internal and external parties for meetings. • General office administration support - able to take on inbound calls and provide support on internal communications. • Aiding the office as they prepare for events and presentations. The Candidate: • You will be a confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft packages. • With excellent time management skills and a good eye for detail, you will be ready to support the team in whatever way necessary. • A background in senior administration and team support is essential.
