Using your experience as a surveyor, you will perform customer site visits to evaluate projects. Technically adept, you will have strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to not only perform the necessary evaluations but present the appropriate solutions and give estimated costs. Carrying out detailed surveys, preparing reports, and also supervising on going work at the property, you will be a versatile Surveyor and Project Manager. On site with a busy installations team, you will ensure that projects are kept to tight budgets and fine deadlines, with timely delivery and installation of the product and by providing quality services. You will be the lynchpin of the project giving support and feedback on the progress of the team keeping them motivated and efficient. A role well-suited to a highly motivated and driven individual—someone hungry for success—you will be keen to complete projects as soon as possible.. Key Skills: - Several years experience as a Surveyor/Project Manager - AutoCAD experience - Excellent communication skills (clients/architects) - Experience with working to strict timeframes and budgets The Candidate From a construction manufacturing background, you will bring to the team a motivated and business-like demeanor. With strong team-management skills, you will have been in a similar role for a significant number of years. Financially astute and a team player, you will be a good communicator.
