Our client is looking to recruit an organised Project Manager to join their team and report to the Managing Director. As Project Manager your aim will be to complete projects on time and issue free while increasing the levels of client and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for receiving projects from the sales team and checking their financial and technical aspects alongside instructing internally the manufacturer and supplier. On a daily basis you will be arranging and co-ordinating the engineers and ensuring all projects are completed within budget. On a monthly basis you will be expected to manage and review the engineer and sub contractor database as well as the service contract visits. On top of these duties you will be expected to communicate with the site to monitor progress, arrange and carry out site surveys and highlight any potential design issues following the survey. As and when required you will be managing after sales call outs and warranty issues and instructing the issue of after sales costings and invoices. We are looking for an individual who works well under pressure and to deadlines alongside being a fantastic team player and financially astute. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience at supervisor level and ideally be able to demonstrate previous project management experience within the construction industry.
