Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the administration of their clinical trials process, working out of their fantastic offices near Slough. The ideal candidate will have a solid secretarial/administration background, have an energetic and positive outlook and be proficient at MS Office applications. The role will be instrumental throughout the phases of the clinical trials process. Able to work without supervision, the successful applicant will be maintaining diaries, organising meetings, travel and hotel arrangements, preparing routine correspondence, presentations and reports and performing some of the more day-to-day secretarial duties such as copying, binding and faxing when required. Liaising regularly with the Project Manager to plan and review tasks, you will be completely fluent in English and a basic knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous. This role could suit a graduate with solid and relevant work experience and advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, looking to break into the pharmaceutical industry.
