Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, are currently seeking a Project Secretary to work at their offices in Slough. The ideal candidate will have a solid secretarial/administration background, have an energetic and positive outlook and be proficient at MS Office applications. The role will be instrumental throughout the phases of various projects. Able to work without supervision, the successful applicant will be maintaining diaries, organising meetings, travel and hotel arrangements, preparing routine correspondence, presentations and reports and performing some of the more day-to-day secretarial duties such as copying, binding and faxing when required. Liaising regularly with the Project Manager to plan and review tasks, you will be completely fluent in English and a basic knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous. Applications will also be considered from Science Graduates with excellent IT skills and some previous project based work experience.
