Our client is looking to recruit a Pre-Sales Administrator to cover a 6 month maternity contract, there is also a chance that this contract will be extended. The successful candidate will be offering a range of general sales support to the Sales team. This will include producing quotes, liaising with the bookings administration team, preparing reports, proposals and presentations as required and communicate with the marketing team to ensure feedback is passed on regularly. You will be expected to track the sales team’s progress and update the internal systems to ensure all information is accurate and current. As you will be working with the systems on a daily basis you will also assist in resolving any problems. Candidates will be expected to have a certain level of technical knowledge and be prepared to participate in necessary training on the internal systems, products and services. As with any administrative role, strong Microsoft skills are essential along with an excellent ability to communicate with a range of different contacts. Due to the nature of the business candidates must have recent experience of working in a major IT or telecommunications business, ideally in a similar role.
