The Role Working across B2B and consumer brands, you will be maintaining close liaison with clients and act as their primary point of contact. Helping to support and develop your team of Account Executives, you will oversee their day-to-day activity and work to keep them motivated and developing their skill set. With a keen sense of your clients’ needs, you will be able to counsel them on their projects, and your colleagues and media contacts will be paramount to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities • Leadership and management for a team • Client contact and support • Develop marketing strategies for new angles • Support account directors with quality control • Develop new opportunities on existing clients, and assist in providing opportunities to new clients The Candidate The ideal candidate for this role would have excellent spoken and written communication skills, preferably with demonstrated experience in PR, media relations, and with excellent client management skills. Agency experience would be preferable. Self-motivated and persuasive, it is important that the candidate has excellent organisational and time management skills. Someone with good business skills, along with strong presentation and negotiation skills would excel in this role. It is important that there is high attention to detail, and a keen understanding of how to motivate and strengthen a team.
