Our client, an International Travel Organisation based near Aldermaston, is currently seeking a PPC/SEO Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to manage the transition from agency managed PPC/SEO campaigns to in-house. Managing a team of 5 Paid Search/SEO Assistants you will have the chance to drive search strategy and campaigns across 5 brands. Key responsibilities •Client strategies – design, justify and implement innovative SEO strategies combining industry best practice and long term objectives to create sustainable yet performance driving campaigns for both on-site and off-site requirements. •Team management – mentor and train your team in-line with company and HR objectives •Day to day responsibility for directing team activity according to performance on accounts and customer satisfaction •Overall responsibility for operational running of accounts within your portfolio •Undertake monthly to quarterly face to face meetings with senior client & publisher contacts • Manage PPC campaigns across account structure, bidding, keyword optimization, ad copy and landing page testing • Optimize channel and new customer acquisition • Use Google Adwords and other tools on a regular basis • Keep up to date with new PPC technology Candidate Profile You will be passionate about SEO and have a proven skills set in SEO including on-page refinement and content creation/link building outreach. You will have exceptional analytical skills and be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Advanced Web Rankings. In terms of Paid Search experience you will have a proven skills set in PPC. You will have exceptional analytical skills and be familiar with Google Adwords and Google Analytics You will be highly numerate and articulate with strong interpersonal and client facing skills.
