The Opportunity As a Postgraduate Study Fairs Events Co-ordinator, you will be working in a competitive company, who provides information and data regarding graduate careers. You will co-ordinate and deliver Postgraduate Study Fairs, whilst providing administrative support. The role also involves onsite marketing and logistics at the events. Key Responsibilities • Preparation of core materials for events, organising both internally and externally with clients • Researching potential venues, catering and logistics for potential events • Provide clear instructions to ensure both the client and company are aware of event details and structure • Provide administrative and logistical support at the events, whilst supporting the Head of Events and PM in client networking • Post-event co-ordination and administrative tasks, managing information to ensure targets are met Candidate Profile You will have 1-2 years experience as a graduate. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with some experience in organising events. A recent graduate is advantageous, with the confidence to communicate with University students, societies and staff. You will have the capacity to multitask, working on several projects at one time, working towards a deadline. You will have good IT skills in regard to social media and MS Office packages, and their use in an administrative capacity.
