Polish Customer Service Representative (English & Polish fluent business language skills) £21-23K per annum, full-time, permanent. Mon- Fri 7am - 4pm THE COMPANY - Market leading IT software provider, working with many leading brands on a global basis - EMEA head office working with a team of bright, proactive and hard working professionals - Looking to continue business expansion within the EMEA territory - Stock listed firm for over 10 years THE ROLE - Customer support role which requires business fluency in Polish & English (all of these languages should be spoken to a business level) - Comprises a mixture of: - phone & email based customer service - 1st line technical helpdesk support - upselling and cross-selling products with warm leads/existing clients - proactive customer relationship account management - Great opportunity to work in a busy and varied role where you get to build long-term relationships with your client-base THE CANDIDATE - Previous exposure to customer service, call centre, IT helpdesk roles is of significant benefit and will improve your chances of obtaining an interview - A great communicator who takes a proactive approach to everything they are tasked with - Professional and hard-working character - Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office) and has capability to undertake technical training on new IT software packages - Owing to the location being outside Cambridge, the candidate will ideally drive If you feel your profile would be suitable for this vacancy, please apply via the methods below.
