Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

  • Be part of an expanding pharmacovigilance team (multicultural/multinational)

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and lead international projects, interacting with Global Competent Authorities
  • Provides leadership, facilitates decision-making and takes ownership of assigned PV project deliverables
  • Triaging Case reports and writing case narratives
  • Outlines project tasks and resource requirements
  • Take ownership of project issues, budget and continuous improvement
  • Making sure vendor selection activities across the region are conducted and qualified
  • Coordinate and lead project activities through selection, project, delivery and post project review, report and analysis
  • Point of contact with senior management

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in a Pharmacovigilance Project Manager role
  • A proven background in Pharmacovigilance is essential and the ability to demonstrate a proactive PV approach as well as a focus on quality and compliance
  • Previously reviewed and written SOPs and WPDs 
  • Excellent communicator; both with internal and external parties
  • Project Management relevant experience and competencies
  • Excellent attention to the detail
  • Great IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
