Our client, a global pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a Pharma Document & Quality Administrator, to join their document management and compliance team in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to work for a pharmaceutical company who have created a centre of excellence and constantly focus on driving innovation and using cutting edge techniques in their science.

Key responsibilities

  • Working independently, you will manage intake requests and manage control documents for R & D
  • Managing departmental compliance documents (such as SOPs) and data through electronic document management systems
  • Checking and editing QC documents against set templates when needed
  • Responsible for updates and the status required for the documents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a document management administration and control role
  • Experience within a regulated/compliance environment such as pharmaceutical or life sciences highly advantageous
  • Ideally, educated to a degree level
  • IT savvy with a good knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office
  • Team player and process driven individual with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
