Our client, a software development firm is looking to recruit a temporary part-time Administrator to support their office. The successful candidate will be assisting with reception cover, answering calls and taking messages, greeting visitors and assisting with setting up meeting rooms, diary management, making travel arrangements and dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail. They will be asked to assist with a number of other general administrative duties as and when they arise. This is a nice varied role, which will give a good introduction to office life and the type of duties that need to be carried out on a regular basis. Candidates should have some experience of Microsoft applications and have a can do attitude and a willingness to muck in and help out where required. The client anticipates that the role will require 25 hours a week. Candidates should have their own transport due to the company's location. There is the potential for this role to become permanent, and eventually a full-time postion.
