The Opportunity Providing support to the Managing Director, Senior Management Directors and the Board, you will ensure that the Head Office is running in a smooth, efficient, and organised manner. Taking on a range of responsibilities from minute-taking, travel bookings, agenda production, creation of presentations, and diary management to facilities management, creation of reports, conducting research, and booking events you will take on a role integral to the success and running of this business. Key Responsibilities • Front of House—Meet & Greet, etc. • Minute-taking and Board meeting preparation • Creating spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and managing databases • Conducting research • Booking events, accommodation, and travel The Candidate Highly organised and with an eye for detail, you will be familiar with the format of Board meetings and be capable of creating high-level PowerPoint presentations. Having been in a support role previously, you will be confident in supporting several senior management Directors, and have a worldly and open-minded outlook on the world. Aware of office facilities management needs, you will be keen to keep a company moving forward at an efficient pace.
