The Opportunity Managing and supporting every need of the MD and Directors, you will be solely responsible for a range of responsibilities from complete diary management, HR diary reports (including holidays, sick leave, and employee birthdays and other events), complete administrative support, manage telephone contact, and to be the main face at reception. Working in a specialist consultancy, you will be working to manage client expectations and looking after them throughout their experiences with the company. You will be working very closely with the MD, and in doing so will be working to manage expenses, daily timesheets, deliveries, and document processing. Knowing that you are at the cornerstone of the functionality of the office, you must be a responsive and extremely well organized; above this you will be creating a lasting and trusting working relationship with the MD and the directors which will require a keen business sense. Key Responsibilities • Managing MD and Director diaries for all social and personal events • Arranging travel and managing expense reports • Interacting with clients on a daily basis and maintaining their needs • Maintaining all office records and preparing documentation for all meetings and client interactions Client Profile An example of elite professionalism, you will be a discerning and alert individual with an ability to anticipate the needs of the people you work with.
