My client, a innovative information systems software provider is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director based in Dubai. This is an exciting candidate for an experienced Administrator/Assistant to experience working in an international and multicultural environment, taking responsibility for managing an MD's office. Key Responsibilities include: - Provide administrative support - Organising international travel arrangements - Taking minutes - Preparation of correspondence - Assist in organising company social events The successful candidate will have a background in administration or working as a Secretary/Personal Assistant ideally educated to degree level with strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite. You will be confident dealing with confidential information and working within a constantly evolving environment. This role is based in Dubai and candidates will be required to relocate for this role.
