We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join the EMEA financial shared service centre for an international manufacturer with $7 billion annual revenue. 

This is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, hybrid 2 days per week in the office, 3 from home.

You will be responsible for the oversight and processing of payroll for all UK employees and within the wider EMEA group, processing 4 payroll runs for 1500 employees across separate business entities over the course of the month.

We are looking for someone experienced processing multiple payrolls and can accept either industry or practice experience. Importantly, we are looking for a confident individual who is not afraid to express their views and suggest ways to improve processes wherever possible.

You'll be reporting to HMRC + internal and external audits + payroll reporting across:

  • P11d
  • PSA
  • P46
  • P60

Regarding IT/ERP/systems, ideally:

  • SAGE 50
  • SAP
  • Concur
  • and/or ADP Payroll/Freedom
