The Opportunity: A prestigious building company are looking for a bright enthusiastic person to join their team and work as a part-time Sales Co-ordinator based in a Show Home. Key Responsibilities: * Meet and greet viewers and potential vendors * Escort potential vendors around show homes * Provide administration and communication with sales team * Telephone communication and use of initiative * Lock up and secure houses and ensure they are tidy and suitable for viewing The Candidate: The successful candidate will be well versed on the local area where show homes are located, i.e. knowledge on schools, local amenities and transport. Be able to work on own initiative and be responsible for developing interest into prospective vendors.
