Our client, an established solutions provider, is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team in Wokingham on a permanent basis. This is a part time opportunity working 20 hours per week.
Working alongside a small team, you will be responsible for general office administrative tasks including travel and meeting arrangements, managing incoming calls and greeting visitors. You will also oversee courier shipments as well as processing purchase orders and their respective invoices.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, as well as great Microsoft Office knowledge. In addition, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
