Our client is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of therapeutic healthcare products. Their highly successful and quality consumer product portfolio is already a huge success in the UK and turnover has reached over £19 million with ambitious plans to reach £100 million in the next 5 years. They are now seeking a Part-Time IP Lawyer to manage trademarks and patents as well as managing the relationship with my client's legal suppliers. Working circa 20 hours per week you will have the potential to earn between £15,000 and £22,500 per annum dependent upon experience and also be able to work from home. Key Responsibilities include: Brand protection – IP and Trademark registration with external specialist IP lawyers. Trademark and intellectual property management Enforcement across all media forms of trademarks. Regulation – ASA and MHRA management. Contracts - Drafting and amending HR contracts Managing legal suppliers in the UK, Australia and Canada The successful candidate for this role will be a qualified solicitor with previous knowledge and experience of trademarks and patents.
