Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Human Resources Manager to work in their Uxbridge office. Your experience of working in a generalist HR role will have prepared you for this varied and interesting role. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource department, from recruitment and training to health & safety and assisting management with disciplinary and grievance procedures. There is a requirement for the entire HR function to be revised and preparing policies and processes as and when necessary. You will be advising and supporting staff and Senior Management on a regular basis. The role will involve a significant amount of organisational development. This is a part-time role, anticipated to be 2 to 2 ½ day week, based in the client’s offices. Good computer and administrative skills would be of use for maintaining all documentation. A CIPD qualification would be considered extremely advantageous as would experience of working within a legal environment. In return, our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
