Our client, an established and independent specialist event management and corporate sponsorship agency, is seeking an a Part-Time Hospitality Executive to develop new business and manage motorsport events logistics based from their busy office based in central Windsor Your primary duties will be to proactively develop, sell and manage hospitality packages by telephone activity alongside the Account Manager. You will build and manage a database of new and existing contacts, manage online package sales, and provide full delegate management also. You will also deal with event suppliers, assisting the event team with logistics management, supplier staffing, and venue branding and furnishing. Due to the nature of the events managed by our client, the successful candidate will be required to travel within the UK on an occasional basis and will also have a superb opportunity to attend a globally renowned event and provide onsite assistance. Applicants must have strong sales experience, ideally from within hospitality or conferencing, and be enthusiastic, flexible and motivated.
