Our client, a world leader in infrastructure software, is currently seeking a Customer Services Advisor with fluent Italian to work from their High Wycombe office for 2 days per week. Using your Italian language skills and proven customer service background, you will be interacting with customers, support case management and contract administration. You will be able to handle any sort of customer call and be fully conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel. Email experience using a tracking system would be a huge benefit.
