Our client, a dynamic company in Reading, is recruiting for a confident Customer Services Executive to join their team on a permanent, part-time contract. This is position is perfectly suited for an articulate and professional individual with a passion for providing an excellent level of customer service and administrative support, needing the flexibility of part-time hours. Those looking to work between school hours (9am-3pm) would perfectly suit this role. You will be accountable for maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers of the company and looking for ways to improve client management. The role involves client reporting (internal & external) so the successful candidate must be confident using Excel on a daily basis (intermediate level user at least). You will be expected to order, record and dispatch the orders within the given SLA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment alongside previous customer service / administration experience. To be considered, you must have excellent attention to detail, organisation, time management and a positive can do attitude.
