Our client is based on the outskirts of Reading is seeking a Customer Service / Training Coordinator to join the team on a temp-perm basis. This position would be a part time role working Monday – Thursday from 8.30-2.30pm. The main focus for this role will be calling up existing clients to understanding their current/ future training plans, book delegates onto course, send out marketing material and follow up on previous calls. You will also be involved in arranging refreshments and general housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated, hard-working, target driven and have previous telephone experience. Due to the location of the office, you must drive and have your own transport. This role is commutable from places such as Wokingham, Theale, Reading, Basingstoke, Hook and Bracknell.
