Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 5pm (extra hours will be required on occasion to cover sickness and holiday) Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Accurate data entry - Maintainance of the office area - Collating of documents in preparation for invoicing - Answering the telephone; answering queries and directing calls to the correct business area - Generating documentation of using Word and Excel The sucessful candidate will have excellent communication skills, you will enjoy working as part of a team but will be able to work equally as well from you own initiatve, Experience of working within an office environment is essential for this role and knowledge of the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
