An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business in the capacity of an Administrator has arisen. This is a part-time position based in the Reading area, paying £8 - £8.50 per hour. The role includes providing support to the Operations Director and the highest level of customer service to clients. This is a Temporary to Permanent contract where you will be working three days a week within the hours of 9:30am - 3:30pm. General administrative duties will include sorting and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner, contacting clients and dealing with enquiries as and when they arise. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, time management skills along with strong written / oral communication skills and have well-developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Microsoft Outlook.
