Our client, a leading global IT company is looking to recruit a PA to provide support to their Managing Director. In this role you will be supporting the Managing Director so you must have proven extensive experience in working at Senior Director level. The role includes a variety of activities. You will be responsible for diary management and setting up meetings both internally and externally as well as dealing with travel requirements including booking hotels. As PA you will be required to arrange company events alongside assisting on Marketing projects and customer facing events. Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries A large part of this role will be handling all correspondence, reports and documents. You will be handling all incoming mail and co-ordinating the flow of information both internally and externally. You will be communicating both verbally and in writing to answer any enquiries in a confidential and discreet manner. Setting up and maintaining the filing systems will also be needed. To be considered for this role you must have proven experience of producing correspondence and documents as well as experience in information and communication management. It is also essential that you have a knowledge and experience of MS Office, spreadsheets, Powerpoint and database management.You must be confident communicating at all levels including senior management, be an excellent multi tasker, have fantastic co-ordination skills and have the ability to prioritise. Ideally you would be educated to degree level and have the ability to speak more than one European lanaguage, however this is not essential.
