Our client, an established property company with over 4000 properties across the South-East, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support at Director level, based at Head Office in Windsor. The successful applicant will provide a wide range of support, including extensive diary and travel management, typing of correspondence, fielding telephone calls, taking board-meeting minutes and preparing presentation materials. Applicants will be able to demonstrate considerable previous experience as a Director-level PA, have an excellent command of written English and a copy/audio typing speed of 70 wpm minimum. You will have advanced MS Office skills, a good overall standard of education and ideally some secretarial training. The ability to work in a confidential environment is essential.
