Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Slough, are currently seeking a Director level PA. With a proven PA background, the successful candidate will have excellent time-management, organisational and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. Your duties will include managing correspondence, preparing presentations, diary management, travel management, database maintenance and processing expenditure as well as preparing letters, faxes and other documentation for the director and arranging meetings. Training and guiding new members of the secretarial staff, advising the director on staffing levels and maintaining personnel files is another aspect of the role. You will be expected to carry our any administrative projects as requested and be the main point of contact for the facilities department. Dealing with enquires from other departments and external contacts will be a regular occurrence. Some French would be of benefit for working with the Head Office in France.
