Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry is looking to recruit an executive level PA to assist their CEO. As well as providing a full secretarial service to the CEO and Opinion Leaders, you will be expected to assist with the organisation of events and meetings, including the Head Office Conference. This could involve anything from travel arrangements to minute taking and distribution or ensuring all relevant personnel are available to attend. The Social Events Forum will also be a part of your remit. This role offers the opportunity to liaise with industry leaders while coordinating their contribution to the company’s business, and you will have regular contact with the Head Office in France. An ability to deal with confidential information would be a distinct advantage, along with knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology. This interesting and varied assignment is due to run until February 2008, although this may be extended.
