An international biopharmaceutical business with market leading products is currently looking for a PA/Team Administrator to join them near Uxbridge.

This is an exciting time to join a business focused on developing their product portfolio and establishing themselves further as a market leader.

As a Team PA/Administrator, you will provide diary,  international and local events and  administrative support to a large commercial team.  You will have a positive can-do attitude and be able to multitask and assess the team’s priorities.

A strong coordinator and organiser, you will love being busy and getting things done. A strong attention to detail and knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector will enable you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Organise international and local events including business conferences and visits from guests
  • Responsibility for complex and multiple diaries including extensive European and international meetings/events
  • Oversee  departmental administration such as contracts, invoices and other correspondence
  • Manage email correspondence

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive diary and travel arrangements/management
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • A good understanding of Zinc/Veeva and/or Promomats is advantageous
  • Efficient and well organised individual with great attention to detail
  • Meticulous individual with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
