My client, a well established business, is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the management team. This is working within an IT software environment, so ideally you will have had exposure to working for a fast-moving technology based firm. Key Responsibilities include: Diary management Travel arrangements Facilities co-ordination/liaison The successful candidate for this role will have previously worked as a PA to a Management team, have advanced Microsoft Office skills and have facilities management experience. The role will be based near Reading, Berkshire and is commutable from Wokingham, Bracknell, Camberley, Guildford, Farnborough, Maidenhead, Ascot, Basingstoke, Slough, Windsor and various other towns in Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Accessible by both car and public transport, there is considerable parking available to all employees.
