Responsibilities
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with correspondence by email and phone
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organising and attending meetings, as well as taking minutes
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Arranging travel and accommodation
Profile
- Strong PA/Administration background with extensive experience of diary and meeting management
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to build rapport and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work in a confidential and discreet manner
- Multi-tasking with exceptional organisation and time management ability
- Team player
- Accuracy and a high level of attention to detail
