Our client, a growing company based in Windsor is currently recruiting for a PA to join their small team on a part time basis due to company growth. The successful candidate will possess PA/project management experience in a fast paced commercial environment; you will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team. The successful candidate’s will duties will include; but will not be limited to: •Managing extensive diary, work schedules, meetings and travel management for Director, including reports, emails, letters, presentations and meeting minutes •Manage internal and external events including meetings and conferences •Building and maintaining the filing system •Scheduling sales meetings •Assisting in accounting duties in including; bill payments The successful PA will also take on ad-hoc projects for the Director, you will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and possess a full driving licence.
