The Opportunity Handling customer services overnight at a busy virtual reception, you will be providing support to enquiries, bookings, and customer assistance. Working on in-house computer systems, you will be recording information and maintaining records on behalf of the companies you work with. Working from 10pm until 8am, this is a permanent role. Parking is available on site. Key Responsibilities - Telephone Management - Customer Services - Advice and enquiry management The Candidate With previous overnight experience, you will be an absolute professional with a concerted interest in customer service. An individual with an interest in a long-term career on an overnight path, you will have had previous administrative and reception work. With impeccable telephone manner and confident computer skills, you will be working to provide top-of-the-line support to customers.
