The Opportunity

Managing inbound calls at a busy virtual services centre, you will be taking messages and handling customer calls ranging from enquiries through to grievances. With an impeccable telephone manner and confident computer skills, you will be a very professional individual and be used to providing top-of-the-line customer service. The hours for this role are between 10pm and 8am/ 9pm-7am working on a 4 day on, 4 day off shift pattern (7 days per week).

The Candidate

Looking to develop a career within elite customer services while working in an award-winning environment, you will bring with you previous customer service experience, a good level of patience, and previous reception or administrative work. Looking to work full time, and past experience working overnight is preferable to show your commitment to a shift pattern on a permanent basis. Someone who is motivated by a fast-paced environment, you will be able to work on Bank Holidays (with extra holiday in lieu) and be interested in working extra shifts if available.

We will want clear committed reasons why working nights is your preference.
