Our client is a leading IT software provider working with clients on a global basis. Working with companies through a wide variety of sectors, they provide critical software to allow clients to manage and store data. They are currently looking to recruit for a French Order Processing Administrator to work in a busy and fast moving department. Duties will include: - Process orders and quotations efficiently and professionally (in French and English) - Maintaining accurate records on their database of all transactions that are being processed - Customer service making existing clients aware of order status' and further software / services that are available - Creating and filing purchase orders - Managing online cases, emails and licence requests - Dealing with requests for technical assistance from users experiencing licensing / software-related issues - Applying troubleshooting techniques to verify and introduce solutions Ideally the prospective candidate will have had previous order processing / administration experience utilising their language skills. French is mandatory plus German or Italian will also be beneficial. With strong IT skills, you will be an effective communication both internally and externally. This is a permanent role paying a salary of £20000 - 22000 per annum. Based in Reading (Berkshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Bracknell, Ascot, Wokingham, Slough, Maidenhead, Basingstoke and Camberley.
