Our client, an international leader in their field is currently seeking to hire an Order Fulfilment Executive. In this role you will be predominantly accountable for the flawless execution of the day-to-day servicing of all client needs in terms of the provision & fulfilment of reward & incentive solutions as well as managing a range of suppliers and undertaking any other ad hoc duties as requested. In addition to this, you will be required to provide general customer service support and order processing at a senior level for other areas of the business on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced, office environment where processing orders and handling data is a key task on a daily basis. Any experience with promotional merchandise, bespoke sourcing or reward & incentives will be highly beneficial. You will also have the ability to communicate at all levels, spoken and written with excellent Excel, Word and general ‘database’ skills. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, time management and a positive can do attitude is also of high importance. Any other European languages is also advantageous but not essential. Based in Reading this role is easily commutable from locations such as Maidenhead, Winnersh, Wokingham, Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor.
