Our client is one of the UK’s leading consumer goods supplies companies dedicated to the research, development and distribution of high-quality and effective consumer products. They are now seeking an Order Fulfilment and Operations Analyst to assist the company’s Finance and Operations Manager. The main focus of this role will be order management and supply chain analysis, analysis of customer services and assisting with the management of outsourced service providers. Working within a fast paced, sales orientated environment your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -Management of stock control -Produce accurate weekly reports for management -Improve customer services by analysis of calls -Provide support in the absence of the Finance and Operations Manager -Management of returns process -Analyse sales and total fulfilment operations The ideal candidate for this position will be career minded with the drive to want to succeed within a highly innovative and entrepreneurial company. You must be ambitious, hard-working and it is essential that you are able to cope well in a pressured environment. Candidates will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. You will be able to demonstrate good proficiency in analysis and reporting and will possess excellent customer service skills. Any experience using large systems for example Netsuite, Oracle or similar is favourable for this role and experience within a similar role would be highly advantageous.
