- Do you have a proven track record of working within IT or telecoms? - Have you previously worked agency side managing multiple projects and campaigns? - Have you previously led teams of internal client delivery staff? If so, my client is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to ensure that an internal client delivery team is managed in a competitive and profitable manner. You will take overall responsibilty for managing a multilingual team which will include motivating the team by leading appraisals, setting and reviewing targets, recommending training and participating in coaching. This role will still have day-to-day client fronting responsibilities to ensure long-term, profitable relationships with clients are maintained. You will also be involved in pitches and tenders for new business. For someone with a solid marketing agency background and who has man-management exposure, this role will be ideally suited. Ideally you will also speak additional languages to English (French, German, Italian and Spanish are preferred) as you will be managing a multilingual team. Based in Reading, this role is commutable from locations such as Bracknell, Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames, Marlow, Camberley, Windsor and Slough.
