A creative and innovative manufacturing business with a portfolio of bespoke products and a design-led project team are now expanding and wish to recruit an Operations Manager to build on their history of success over the last 10 years. This is great new role within their organisation, one which will enable you to further develop your already significant operations management experience and showcase your systems, LEAN manufacturing and people management skills. If you’re looking to take that step up and progress within these disciplines, then this could be the ideal role for you. To become part of this high performing and focused team, you will need to offer previous experience at managing and leading an operations team of 10-15 within a manufacturing and contracting environment, as well as demonstrable experience of senior management responsibility reporting directly to board level. As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the company’s goods and services are delivered in line with strategic objectives and that customer expectations are met and exceeded at every touch point.
