Our client, a dynamic field marketing firm, is looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to run their office. This is a varied role, which will have you working with each team within the office and a range of international, household name clients. You will be carrying out the usual office management duties such as ordering supplies, organising meetings and diaries and acting as the main contact for everyone in the office. On top of this you will be assisting with organising client events, coordinating the field operations and acting as the face of the company. Candidates will need excellent IT skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to multitask and a willingness to get stuck in and help out where required. You will have a great deal of autonomy, so you must be comfortable organising your own schedule.
