Our client, an IT company based on the outskirts of Newbury is seeking an Operations Assistant for an initial six-month contract. This is a varied position involving general administration, client facing and technical duties. The successful candidate will respond to client telephone calls and e-mails, provide first-line support to users, user groups distributors and be responsible for booking travel and meeting arrangements with clients. In addition this position will involve administering the customer database, the production and shipping of software installation CDs and validation of software license codes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a proficient user Microsoft Excel and Access and have excellent communication skills. Due to the location of our client it is necessary that you have a full driving license and car. We look forward to hearing from you today.
