Our client, a leading provider of training to blue chip companies, is looking for a training advisor to join their team. This is a high-profile role within Customer Services Team, but based Onsite at company in Belfast. You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating a range of Financial, IT Technical, and Behavioural training programmes. You will ideally be of graduate calibre or with equivalent experience, with previous experience in customer services, or account handling. You will deal relating to training issues, and will provide administrative support, booking people on to the correct courses, sending out literature and collating feedback. You must be able to think quickly – you will be giving advice on a number of training courses available. You must have excellent communication skills, with ability to offer advice and suggestions to management level clients.
