You will be selling recruitment advertising solutions across the UK to a range of companies, so it’s essential you have previous B2B and sales experience. You will be working with a creative team to generate sales opportunities and will be involved across the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Key responsibilities: • Sell recruitment advertising solutions to UK companies nationwide • Generate leads via a range of sources eg. cold-calling, competitor websites and career fairs • Utilise the CRM and Excel to record all company leads • Deliver projects to agreed KPI’s • List client jobs on relevant adverting sites, analyse responses and action necessary alterations.
