Our client, a leading Ecommerce and online solutions provider is on the lookout for an Online Program Manager. This position will have responsibility for defining, developing and implementing marketing programs that are specifically tailored to drive revenue. As Online Program Manager you will be managing online direct marketing programs for clients, specifically paid search advertising, shopping portal advertising, site optimization and email campaign management alongside also handling new program launch plans. You will also be developing and implementing ROI based marketing test plans; optimizing campaigns; post- analyzing performance and providing the clients with recommendations. To evaluate evolving technological needs to support a robust online marketing program will also be required of you. In addition to the above responsibilities you will be managing the end to end testing process which includes gathering documentation, seamless test design and accurate result measurement. You will be supporting the generation of meaningful test ideas by soliciting recommendations for improvements to the site and then designing and developing campaigns which enable the testing of improvements. It is essential in this position for you to ensure flawless design and execution of tests and work both independently and collaboratively to implement and monitor advanced AB & multivariate tests. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is degree educated and has experience in managing online marketing programs for a merchant or a network. The following skills are needed from the successful candidate: • A solid background of A/B & Multi-Variant Testing experience ideally in Retail ecommerce • Experience with Web Analytical tools (e.g. Webtrends, omniture, Coremetrics AND AB/ Multi-Variant testing tools (Offermatica/optimist/test&Target) • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and background in data analysis, knowledge of multivariate statistics and analysis. You must be an individual who is able to promote clients using his/her own initiative. Strong computer skills of Excel, Word and Powerpoint are required alongside a basic understanding of HTML.
