Our client, an award winning integrated corporate communication consultancy based in London, is looking for an ambitious Online New Business Executive to join their growing team. The main responsibility of the Online New Business Executive will be to generate promising new leads and be instrumental in the online and offline marketing push of the company, through a full cycle sales approach - from initial cold-calling to account management. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the Online Business Development Manager to come up with fresh new marketing strategies for both SME and Corporate clients to ensure there online presence is as informative, user-friendly and accessible as possible. As the role develops the successful candidate will also be expected to become involved in business meetings and pitch to current and potential clients in a consultative manner alongside the Online Business Development Manager. Further, whilst they will be involved in developing new marketing strategies, it is not necessary that the successful candidate has proven experience in marketing communications and online strategy as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will posses a strong passion for all things digital, perhaps being immersed with their own personal blogs or social media platforms outside the standard socialising avenues. A strong and confident communicator who is enthusiastic and driven would be ideal for this position, whilst an understanding of the importance of corporate communications and social media is necessary. Knowledge of effective marketing strategies and an understanding of websites and online technologies would be highly desirable but not essential.
